When urine of a patient was tested in a laboratory at 6 a.m., it was found that the number of bacteria was $1\times10^5$. After that, it was tested at 7 a.m., 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. and found that the increase rate per hour was 3%, 4% and 5% respectively. Find the total number of bacteria at 9 a.m.
